In July Openet announced selection of Cherwell as the company's new service management platform. Yesterday the Operational Support and Solutions Teams transitioned from the old system to the new.
"Completing the system implementation, essential customisations, team training and data migration in six weeks was always an ambitious plan. Actually meeting this goal is an outstanding result for the project team" said Andrew Monteiro, Managing Director of Openet.
The new platform will deliver several benefits including enhanced integration and automation with other systems, better accessibility and improved service delivery to clients.
